Tuna Cakes

Tuna Cakes

130g of drained tuna
1 egg
2-3 TB of almond meal
Salt and Pepper
1-2 tsp of oil or ghee

1. Mix together drained tuna, almond meal, egg and salt/pepper
2. Heat 1-2 tsp of oil or ghee in frying pan on High
3. Drop tuna mixture into the frying pan and spread them out so that they are like little cakes.

4. Fry for about 3-4 minutes and then flip over.
5. Serve with steamed veggies/salad, etc. Sometimes I drizzle a 1/2 – 1 TB of honey on top of them.
